This forum is not free advertising space and is not a place to advertise your website!

No referrer ID links to sign-up websites in signatures.
NO ACTIVE LINKS (USE CODES & HIDE HACK IN YOUR LINKS)

01. Maintain a valid email address so you can be contacted.

02. There will be no flaming of other members for any reason.

03. Moderators make the decisions and Administrators have the final word.

04. No live/clickable links are allowed. Because the link can be traced by them right back to MOBINEEDZ.

05. Search the whole board before posting. If your post has already been posted don't post it again unless you have mirror links. Add them to the existing post. Duplicate posts will be deleted.

06. Post in the correct forum.

07. No profanity (bad words) are to be used in posts.

08. If you break the rules you will be warned. If you continue to break the rules you will be banned.

09. Avatars and signature will be done in good taste. If you have to ask yourself \"will this offend someone\" it probably will so don\'t use it.

10. Spamming the forums is not allowed so make each post mean something useful.

11. Add a description of what you are posting even though you know what it is someone else may not know. If you find a post without a description you can add one to the post.

12. If you see an active/live link(without code & hide) please pm a moderator or admin.

13. Requests are only allowed in a Request Forum and you are allowed only one request in a request forum. Don\'t keep asking for the same thing over and over specially on shoutbox.

14. Any staff member may remove any post with or without a reason..

General Site Rules:

ADMINS HAVE THE FINAL WORD.
Don\'t ever argue with Moderators - Administrators. Regardless of your point of argument, Moderators - Administrators have the final say and you will find yourself soon to be banned.
Any violation may result in action taken against the poster.

-Do not start arguments, or use abusive and foul language in threads.
-No political or religious topics, unless on events affecting world political, or religious figures, such as the death of such figures.

-If you have a different link for the same item posted, add it as a mirror to the existing post.
-Add a description of the item you are posting and add a link to the home page, or developer\'s page, if available.

-We disallow any images linked to official developer sites, this is a big security risk at MoBiNeedZ.Any user seen doing this will get a warning. If this still continues, the user will be banned. Please use :
http://www.imageshack.us/ to upload your pictures or any other image hosting site.
-Posts relating to the making of explosives, illicit drugs, etc, are not permitted and will be closed and the links removed. Re-posting of such closed topics will result in a warning. Subsequent offences may result in a ban without notice.
-No pornographic or obscene material to be posted and no links to pornographic, or obscene sites. The same penalties as above will apply.

-Dont ask more than 1 time for the same thing
-Be specific and ask at the right topic
-Must you be kindly, without bad words
-Please replay at the answers, they worked for you
-No porn, political, religious request is allow
-Users, mods, admins are NOT bound to answer
-Requests are to be made in the proper section.
-Use the search engine before posting a request and do more than one search, using different terms, to make sure the item you seek has not already been posted.
